IMF raises forecast for Turkey's growth
TURKEY - Turkey’s economy may expand 5.2 percent this year, the International Monetary Fund, or IMF, said in a report on Wednesday, raising its forecast as domestic demand helps the country recover from recession. IMF's prediction exceeds the government’s estimate of 3.5 percent growth and is higher than the 3.7 percent the fund forecast in its October issue of the World Economic Outlook. Read more>> |
